WhiteLight Web Design reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any customers account where the customer is in breach of this agreement.
In no event shall our WhiteLight Web Design & its affiliate web sites be liable for any damages including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our web site or server facilities.
WhiteLight Web Design has the right to refuse to add content that under our discretion is unacceptable, discriminating or derogatory in any manner.
All prototype images provided by WhiteLight Web Design are copy written. Any images taken by White Light Photography, modified or unmodified may not be copied onto a diskette, CD, published onto a website, be used for any other medium use or offered for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from WhiteLight Web Design on receipt of payment from the client for the use of the above mentioned item/s. If it is found that any of the item/s mentioned above are in use in breach of this agreement, an automatic deduction of the price of the item/s will take place.
WhiteLight Web Design is independent of all Web sites advertised or linked to or from us and does not take any responsibility for any false statements or misguiding information.
WhiteLight Web Design reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
